Selection Criteria for the A.C. Rayner Memorial Scholarship
- A student who plans to pursue higher education in any field of economics, including public policy, or is currently preparing to enter graduate school may apply for this scholarship.
- New Zealand citizens, permanent residents and international students are eligible to participate.
- Students studying full-time or part-time in New Zealand are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

AC Rayner Memorial Scholarship Application Process
Here is the application process for the AC Rayner Scholarship:
- Admission: The first step towards receiving this scholarship was to enroll in a Master’s program at the University of Lincoln. The AC Rayber Memorial Scholarship application form is available online. Students will need to download the application form, complete it and return it to the Scholarships Office, PO Box 85084, Lincoln University LINCOLN 7647.
- Required Documents: Academic transcripts and a copy of a valid passport must be submitted along with the application.
- Other Requirements: Since there is only one recipient of this scholarship, applicants must have excellent academic records. To qualify for the AC Rayner Scholarship, you must complete a minimum of 14 credits at Level 3 or above in 3 or more subjects.
- Language Requirements: Applicants must submit standardized language test scores. TOEFL , IELTS , CAE, Pearson English Test and FCE are acceptable.
