Amid the ongoing pandemic, many international universities have decided to ease the pressure on international students by doing away with IELTS or alternative requirements such as English language test for classes XI and XII.

What is a CAS letter?

CAS stands for  Confirmation of Admission to Study  . The CAS is issued by a UK institution when a student is accepted onto a programme. The letter is an important document and must be submitted to your country’s visa office in order to apply for a new Tier 4 student visa. Many universities will issue a CAS letter after the student has paid a small fee, which is later deducted from the annual tuition fee. These fees can range from £0 to £2,000!
